We are now looking for a business developer with a focus on digitalization for the Department of Education and Child Care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business developer, you will be part of a team with colleagues where you work both individually and collaboratively to provide the best possible system support.

As a business developer, you will work with:

• System management in various digital systems
• Advanced support and training
• Driving improvement work related to digitalization at a strategic overarching level
• Collaborating with key individuals regarding digitalization within the Department of Education and Child Care and between departments within Falkenberg Municipality
• Working on the development of processes and documentation
• Working on information security across the Department of Education and Child Care and in relevant systems

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in a related field. You have good knowledge and preferably experience in pedagogical work within preschool and school. You have a strong ability to work systematically with processes and improvement projects. We would like you to have experience with a larger digital system within education (e.g., Edlevo, Skola 24, Unikum, Schoolsoft, Prorenata, or similar).

It is advantageous if you have experience in the following:

• Business development in public sector
• Process mapping
• System management
• Information security work.

As a person, you easily see the big picture and understand contexts. You are proactive in development work, structured, and solution-oriented. It is important for the position that you are self-driven and used to taking responsibility for your tasks. You are a good communicator and can explain complex relationships and systems to different target groups. You have a good ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

To thrive in the role of business developer, you need to be service-oriented and enjoy working together with and supporting other professionals. It is also important that you are open to change and have the ability to think innovatively and adapt when circumstances change. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability in this recruitment.
